Verify, then recommend
A factory is checked against business identity, production evidence, quality process, and payment-account ownership before it reaches a shortlist. A claim without a document stays a claim.
About · Independent sourcing guide
Koala Yupoo exists for the gap between a WWTop Yupoo catalogue image and a purchase order: the part where identity, fabric, capacity, quality, and payment terms have to be checked before money moves.
Independent editorial project. Not affiliated with Yupoo, WWTop, any seller, or any brand named in a supplier album.
Why this exists
A Yupoo album can show a thousand products and still tell you nothing about who owns the factory, whether the fabric matches the photo, or who you can hold accountable after payment.
Most first-time buyers do not lose money because they failed to find a supplier. They lose it because they treated a photo, a WhatsApp profile, or a price list as evidence. The product looked right, the seller replied quickly, the minimum seemed low, and the deposit went to an account with a different name.
Koala Yupoo is built around the checks that happen before that moment: a named legal entity, a production address that can be evidenced, a sample you have measured, a written specification, and a payment trail that matches the supplier. The guides are free because the checks should not be a secret. The sourcing work is paid because verification and production follow-up take time.
How we work
These rules cost us work. They are also the reason a quote from us is shorter, slower, and more specific than a seller’s price list.
A factory is checked against business identity, production evidence, quality process, and payment-account ownership before it reaches a shortlist. A claim without a document stays a claim.
We work with blank goods and private-label production for your own label. We do not source branded, counterfeit, or brand-infringing products, and we decline requests that depend on another company’s intellectual property.
The sample is the last cheap moment to catch a fabric, fit, measurement, or print problem. Every project has an explicit sample approval step before a bulk deposit is discussed.
MOQ, sample cost, unit price, lead time, Incoterm, sourcing fee, and exclusions are confirmed in writing. If a number is unknown, it is labelled unknown rather than guessed.
We do not publish unlabelled product photos, invented stock levels, or a seller wall. WWTop references are marked, credited, and used for silhouette and construction; current options are shared after a brief, with specifications that belong to a real quote.
If a request is outside our scope, uneconomic at the quantity, or dependent on someone else’s IP, the answer is no. A fast, clear no is more useful than a slow maybe.
Editorial standard
Guides are written from sourcing practice, not from press releases. We describe what a buyer can check, what a document should contain, and where the limits of remote verification sit. When a timeline or cost depends on the factory, the guide gives a planning range and says so.
We do not invent statistics, testimonials, certifications, or factory relationships. Where a page makes a factual claim about a platform, a process, or a document, the claim is kept general enough to remain true across suppliers and is revised when practice changes.
Every guide is reviewed against the same 12-point supplier standard used in client work. The standard is public:read the 12 checks.
If a term needs a glossary entry, the page explains it the first time it appears.
Factory schedules and costs vary. We publish planning bands and label the variables.
No stock certificates, no client logos without permission, no screenshots of someone else’s album, and no product photo without a source label.
A changed guide gets a new review date. A removed claim does not quietly become a different claim.
Working together
We are most useful to buyers who want a first or repeat production run with a written specification and a realistic quantity. We are least useful as an emergency price-taker or as a way to copy a branded product.
