What we will not ask
No registration, no catalogue wall.
You do not need an account, a deposit, or a finished tech pack to start. We will not send a seller album and call it stock. The first conversation is about whether the brief is feasible and what evidence is needed.
If the request is outside our compliance scope, we will say so directly. If it is inside scope but not a good fit for our service, we will say that too.

Questions buyers ask
If your question is not here, send a brief. We answer in plain language, with conditions.
What happens after I send the form?
We review the brief, check whether the category and quantity are within scope, and reply within one business day with the next step. That may be a few questions, a shortlist route, or a clear no if the request is outside what we can source.
Do I have to share a target price?
No. A target price helps frame the options, but a realistic specification matters more. If the target is below what the specification can achieve, we will say so and show which trade-off would change it.
Can I send a reference link?
Yes. Send a WWTop Yupoo link, screenshot, or product code. We read it for construction, fit, fabric, and finish — not to copy a logo, monogram, or protected artwork. If the reference depends on another company’s IP, we will explain what an original unbranded version can look like.
Is my information confidential?
We use the brief to assess and respond to your request. We do not sell contact data. Supplier discussions are limited to what is needed for the project. See the privacy policy for retention, processors, and your rights.
