How to use Yupoo without mistaking an album for a supplier.
A repeatable sequence for turning a saved WWTop Yupoo link into a specification, a verification file, and a sample — without losing the evidence when the album changes.
Yupoo is a third-party image-hosting platform. Koala Yupoo is an independent sourcing guide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for Yupoo.
Catalogue lens
From a saved link to a sourcing record.
The catalogue is the easy part. The value is in what you capture before the link changes and what you can prove after the sample arrives. Three moves turn browsing into a usable record.
Save the evidence, not only the URL
Screenshot the exact images, record the access date and seller contact, and note what the listing claims. A saved link can disappear; a dated record survives.
Write the specification in factory language
Replace “oversized”, “heavy”, and “washed” with measurements, GSM, composition, shrinkage, and a decoration method. The same words can mean different products to different factories.
Move the conversation off the catalogue
Ask for the legal entity, production address, and payment-account name. A catalogue cannot answer those questions, and a seller who avoids them is a risk signal.
Save images for an internal sourcing record only. Do not republish them, use them in your own marketing, or present them as your product; the rights may belong to someone other than the seller.

Seven steps from a link to a record.
The order matters. Capture the evidence before you contact the seller, and write the specification before you ask for a price.
Capture the source
Save the URL, date, contact, and screenshots of the exact images.
5 minRead the structure
Find the exact item and note what the album shows versus claims.
5 minWrite the spec
Fabric, weight, measurements, construction, trims, and decoration.
15 minIdentify the business
Legal name, licence, production address, and payment account.
1–3 daysRequest proof
A live call, a dated photo, and a sample against your comment sheet.
1–2 weeks
Compare the quote
Same spec, same Incoterm, same exclusions. Otherwise the numbers are not comparable.
Keep the record
Quote, sample comments, PO, inspection, payment proof, and packing list in one folder.
No album-only deposits
If the only evidence is a gallery, the supplier is not verified. Do not wire a deposit on that basis.
Reading the gallery
Separate what is shown from what is claimed.
Most album listings mix three kinds of information: an image, a short label, and a set of implied claims. The image is the only part you can inspect directly. The label may be accurate; the implication is not evidence.
Look for the boring details
The useful clues are rarely the hero photo. Look at the inside seam, the collar attachment, the size label, the packaging, and the background. Repeated backgrounds can indicate a studio or a borrowed image set. A changing background across a “single production run” is worth a question.
Do not infer the fabric from a photo
Weight, composition, shrinkage, and hand-feel cannot be confirmed from an image. Ask for the fabric specification and a physical swatch. If the seller cannot name the composition and weight, the product is not specified yet.
Note the absence
A missing size chart, missing measurements, missing MOQ, or a price that appears only after you ask are all information. Record them. The gaps tell you what to verify before sampling.
Never treat a gallery as proof of rights
An album can contain images the seller does not own. Do not reuse them in your own store, ads, or social media. Your product images should come from your own approved sample or a licensed supplier photograph.
Questions to send first
- What is the exact fabric composition and weight?
- Can you send the measurement chart and size tolerances?
- Which factory will produce the bulk order?
- What is the MOQ per colour and per size?
- What does the sample cost, and is it credited?
- What is the lead time after sample approval?
- What is included and excluded in the quote?
Use a consistent brief
Send the same written brief to every seller. If each reply answers a different question, you cannot compare them — and the cheapest reply usually wins by omission.
The record
What to save when a link still works.
Albums change. A record you can read six months later is more valuable than a bookmark that no longer resolves.
Scroll the table sideways if needed.
| Field | What to record | How to keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Album URL | The exact link you used, including any album ID | Screenshot + text file |
| Access date | The day you viewed it | ISO date in the file name |
| Seller identity | Name, contact, and any business name claimed | Chat export + note |
| Item reference | The exact images and any code in the album | Screenshots, not just a link |
| Specification | Fabric, weight, measurements, construction, trims | Your brief or comment sheet |
| Commercials | Price, MOQ, sample cost, lead time, Incoterm | Written quote |
| Verification | Licence, address, payment account, QC process | Evidence file |
Link already broken?
You can still rebuild the record from chat history, screenshots, and the sample. The guide on broken Yupoo links explains what to do when the album no longer opens.
Common mistakes
Five habits that turn an album into a bad order.
Paying for the look
Approving a seller because the photos are clean, without a specification or a sample.
Comparing unlike quotes
Different fabrics, Incoterms, or exclusions treated as if they were the same offer.
Skipping the business check
No licence, no production address, no name on the payment account.
Using album images
Republishing photos you do not own as if they were your product or your factory.
No defect standard
A sample is approved, but nothing is written about tolerances or the remedy for bulk defects.
One supplier only
No comparison, no fallback, and no way to know whether the price or minimum is reasonable.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
If your question is not here, send a brief. We answer in plain language, with conditions.
How do I use the WWTop Yupoo catalogue?
Browse by category, open the exact product, and save the images that show silhouette, fabric surface, and construction. Note the product name and URL, then send the reference with your target quantity and market. Do not treat the listing as a price, a stock count, or proof of a factory; those are confirmed in a separate quote and sample.
How do I open a Yupoo album?
Open the link in a browser. If the album is public, it loads without a login. Some sellers restrict albums or rename them, which can produce an error or an empty page. If a link fails, ask the seller for a current link and save the original URL with the date.
How do I find a seller’s Yupoo page?
Usually from a link the seller shared. Search engines may index public albums, but results are inconsistent and can surface stale or copied pages. Treat any album you find through search as unverified until you identify the business behind it.
Can I download images from Yupoo?
Save images only for your internal sourcing record and only where you have a legitimate reason. Do not republish them, use them in your own marketing, or present them as your product. Image rights may belong to the photographer or another party, not the seller.
What should I save before a link disappears?
The album URL, access date, seller name and contact, screenshots of the exact items, the stated price or MOQ, and any claims about material or factory. Store them in one project folder with a short note explaining what you were evaluating.
Does a Yupoo album show real stock?
No. An album shows images. It does not show a stock count, a production date, or whether the seller owns the goods. Ask for a live video call, a dated photo, and a sample. Then verify the business separately.
How do I ask a seller for a quote?
Send a compact brief: the item reference, target quantity, colours and sizes, fabric or construction requirements, destination, and deadline. Ask for the unit price, MOQ, sample cost, lead time, Incoterm, and what the quote excludes. A seller who cannot answer those in writing is not ready for a deposit.
Next step
Have an album and a quantity? Send both.
We will help you turn the reference into a specification, identify what needs verification, and tell you whether a sample is the right next step.
