The line we hold.

Unbranded and private-label only. No counterfeit goods, no brand-infringing copies, no seller catalogues, and no images we cannot account for. A WWTop Yupoo reference is not a licence to copy; this page explains where the line sits and how we apply it.

Unbranded and private-label only. We do not source branded, counterfeit, or brand-infringing goods, and we do not publish seller catalogs.

Reference handling

How a catalogue image is handled.

A reference can inform a conversation, but it cannot enter production unchecked. We use a three-step intake so the buyer, the factory, and the image record agree on what is being made — and what is being left out.

01 / Source

Record where the image came from

We keep the catalogue URL, access date, product name, and the visible source mark. A reference without a traceable origin is not used in a quote or a product page.

02 / Extraction

List generic features, remove brand identifiers

Silhouette, fabric surface, colour direction, and construction can be discussed. Logos, monograms, character artwork, and distinctive trade dress are excluded from the production brief.

03 / Sign-off

The buyer warrants the final artwork

Before sampling, the buyer confirms that every label, print, and asset supplied is owned or licensed. The factory receives an original specification, not a screenshot to copy.

If a reference cannot be separated from a protected mark, we decline the project. The test is not whether the logo is small; it is whether the final product can stand as an original, unbranded design.

Scope

What we source.

We support unbranded apparel and accessories, and private-label production for a buyer’s own brand. The product must be lawful to make, import, and sell in the destination market. The buyer must own or be licensed to use every brand asset, label, and artwork supplied for the project.

“Unbranded” means no external third-party brand and no licensed artwork. It can still carry a neutral size and care label, or the buyer’s own private label. The absence of a brand does not lower the quality or safety standard.

What due diligence applies

Every project starts with the same questions: who is the legal supplier, where is the production site, who owns the payment account, and what evidence supports the quality claims? The depth of verification increases with order value and product risk.

We do not publish supplier rankings, seller albums, or a directory of factories. A verified supplier is shared within a specific project, with the evidence relevant to that project.

Summary

  • Goods: unbranded or buyer’s private label
  • Artwork: buyer-owned or licensed
  • Supplier: named and verified
  • Payment: legal-name account only
  • Images: approved source and rights
  • Directory: not published

No exceptions for samples

A one-off sample can still be an infringing product. The same standard applies to a single piece and to a production run.

Declined work

Six requests we will not take.

If a brief depends on one of these, we will say no. We do not quote first and renegotiate the compliance line later.

01

Branded goods

Any product carrying another company’s trademark, logo, or protected artwork.

02

Counterfeits

Copies presented as genuine, including “look-alike” packaging and labels.

03

Brand-infringing copies

A product that reproduces distinctive trade dress or protected design elements.

04

Seller catalogues as stock

An album or image set presented as verified inventory without supplier evidence.

05

Unlicensed artwork

Prints, embroidery, or packaging supplied without the buyer’s authority to use them.

06

Undisclosed parties

A payment route or supplier that cannot be matched to the verified legal entity.

Image standard

No unaccounted product photography.

Product images are a compliance issue, not just a design choice. A photo can misrepresent the product, the supplier, or the rights of the photographer. Every product image on this site is either a material swatch or a labelled reference photo with a named source.

Allowed sources

  • Your own photography, with the original file and usage rights
  • A supplier image with written authorisation for online use, tied to the exact SKU
  • An original image we commissioned and have the right to publish
  • Labelled reference images from the promoted partner catalogue, with the source named
  • Material and texture references that do not pretend to be a product

Not allowed

  • Competitor screenshots or saved catalogue images
  • Brand or seller album images used as our own
  • Stock product photos presented as an available item
  • Reference images stripped of their label or source
  • AI-generated “product photos” that imply a real SKU

Product photography on this site is limited to labelled reference images from the promoted partner catalogue and material swatches. A reference image shows silhouette and finish; it is not a stock list or a quote. Current options are shared after a brief, with the source, specification, and approval status attached.

Application

How the standard is applied.

  1. Before quoting: screen the category and artwork for brand or IP risk.
  2. Before sampling: identify the legal supplier and the production site.
  3. Before deposit: match the payment account to the verified legal entity.
  4. Before production: confirm the sample, the specification, and the inspection standard.
  5. Before delivery: check the inspection result and the packing documents.
  6. After delivery: keep the record for the agreed retention period.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

If your question is not here, send a brief. We answer in plain language, with conditions.

Do you source branded or counterfeit goods?

No. We source unbranded goods and private-label production for the buyer’s own brand. We decline requests that depend on another company’s trademarks, logos, artwork, or distinctive trade dress. This applies to one-off samples as well as bulk orders.

Can I send a branded product as a reference?

You can send a branded item for internal fit or construction analysis only if the final product removes all brand identifiers and does not reproduce protected artwork or trade dress. We will decline a request that amounts to copying a protected design or producing a counterfeit.

Why don’t you publish seller albums or a supplier directory?

An album is not a verified supplier record. Publishing links would present unverified images and sellers as if they were checked, and it would expose buyers to stale, copied, or non-compliant material. We share a named supplier and evidence only within a specific project.

Where do product images come from?

Only from accountable sources: your own photographs, a supplier’s written-authorised photograph tied to the exact SKU, an original image we have the right to use, or a labelled reference image from the promoted partner catalogue, including WWTop Yupoo. Reference images carry a “Ref. photo” mark and a named source; they are never presented as our stock. We do not use competitor screenshots, unlabelled brand catalogue images, stock photos presented as available items, or AI-generated fake products.

What if a supplier or image owner has a concern?

Contact us with the URL, the material concerned, and the basis of your claim. We will review the page, remove or suspend the material where appropriate, and keep a record of the action. We do not publish seller catalogues, so most concerns will relate to a specific reference or quotation.

How do you handle sanctions and restricted parties?

We screen the named supplier and payment route against available restricted-party and sanctions information as part of onboarding. If a match or a high-risk indicator cannot be resolved, we do not proceed. Screening is not a guarantee; it is one control in the process.
