Write the brief first
Category, quantity, destination, and the job the product has to do. A guide cannot fix a vague brief.
Sourcing guides · Library
Four working guides for the decisions that come before a deposit. Read a WWTop Yupoo album, preserve the evidence when a link breaks, plan the sample-to-bulk timeline, and audit the factory — without trusting a photo.

The library
If you are reading an album, start at the top. If a link is already broken, skip to the second guide. If a deposit is close, read the timeline and the audit checklist.
Reading order
Nine checks on identity, measurements, materials, and the contact trail before you ask for a sample.
9 minWhat to save when an album moves, a seller renames an account, or a link stops resolving.
7 minA week-by-week view of sampling, approval, fabric booking, production, inspection, and freight.
10 minThe documents, questions, and visual evidence to keep before a visit or a remote verification.
11 minHow to use them
Category, quantity, destination, and the job the product has to do. A guide cannot fix a vague brief.
Save screenshots, measurement sheets, and written messages with dates. An album can change; your record should not.
When a claim matters, ask for the business licence, the test report, or the measurement sheet behind it.
A mismatched payment name, a refusal to sample, or a price that cannot cover the fabric are reasons to pause.
Next step
If you have a category and a quantity, we can tell you what evidence is needed, what a sample should prove, and what the quote will not include.
